Chris Simpson (University of Washington) and Erik Saganić (Puget Sound Clean Air Agency) will be discussing how fine particle pollution has been characterized and reduced in the Tacoma, Washington area.  They will cover how a combination of incentives and regulatory enforcement was effective at reducing wood smoke, including the estimated improvements.
